Here is Moses Kuria advice to Kirinyaga Deputy Governor after explicit video with woman went viral

Gatundu South Member of Parliament advised Kirinyaga Deputy Governor Peter Ndambiri what to do hours after an embarrassing video of him and a woman went viral on social media.

Kuira asked the Deputy Governor to go to the police and report the incident after alleging that a criminal network is behind the situation.

“I always say it is nonsensical to pay anyone so as not to give a story to the media. That breeds extortion and encourages criminal networks to thrive. It is a pity that the Kirinyaga DG did not immediately report such extortionists to the police,” said Moses Kuria.

The Gatundu South MP continued to allege that the issue of cartels in Kiambu County has become rampant.

“These cartels are rampant especially in Kiambu County. I still urge him to report to the police. It is the right thing to do,” he continued.

The video of Governor with a woman got a lot of negative reactions till it took a twist with various people on social media claiming that the woman is a con.

It is alleged that the woman is part of a group of people who are extorting money from the wealthy in society.

From the video, the men doing the interrogation could be seen hitting the Deputy Governor claiming that the woman he was caught sleeping with is someone’s wife.

However, the police, through their Twitter handle said that the video is still strange to them and that they have not received any report concerning an alleged assault of the Deputy Governor.

“Police have not received any report concerning an alleged assault of the Deputy Governor of Kirinyaga County, in Kakamega. Equally the Police Spokesperson has not issued any statement concerning the same. The video and the statement circulating in sections of the social media on the same issue is strange to the Police. Investigations are underway to arrest the author and present him/her before court,” said the police.
