Governor reveals how new baby made him skip Senate queries

Uasin Gishu governor Jackson Mandago has revealed that his paternity leave forced him to snub key meetings including summons by the senate.

Mandago, who failed to appear before the senate last week on Saturday rose to his defense when he told journalists that he could not avoid summons by the senate as it is a legal provision.
