Murkomen responds after Governor Mutua accused him, Ruto and Duale of threatening his life

Hours after Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua accused Deputy President William Ruto, Aden Duale and Kipchumba Murkomen of threatening his life, Murkomen has responded.

The Senate majority leader took to social media and rubbished claims by the Governor dismissed him as ‘not worth the attention’.

Murkomen added that Mutua is a failed politician who has turned himself into a Minister of propaganda.

This, he did, by likening him to German Nazi politician Joseph Goebbels who was the Reich Minister of Propaganda of Nazi Germany from 1933 to 1945.

“Mr. Mutua is writing another episode of his cobra squad series. Having failed spectacularly as a leader he turned himself into a Joseph Goebbels of his county govt," said Murkomen.

He further advised his followers to watch as Mutua was writing another episode of his Cobra Squad series.

Cobra Squad was a Kenyan TV series that was produced by the Governor back in the day.

“He is of no consequence to anyone to deserve any attention let alone threats. Let’s just watch the cinematic” concluded the Majority leader.

Governor Alfred Mutua on Monday recorded a statement at the Kilimani police station's Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) offices.

After recording the statement, Mutua told journalists that those who were after his life include, Deputy President William Ruto, Senate majority leader Kipchumba Murkomen and National Assembly majority leader Aden Duale.

He said that the threats were based on claims that he attacks the Deputy President.

Both Deputy President William Ruto and National assembly majority leader Aden Duale are yet to respond to the accusations.
