Ethic Entertainment has dismissed claims that Rekles is taking his own path as a solo artiste. Speaking to Pulse, DJ Katta, the group’s official DJ stated that the unit is still intact.
“Reckless is working on a solo project. But this does not mean that the group has separated,” he said in the interview.
He also added that Ethic are working on several soon-to-be-released projects as a group.
Rekles recently released Kesi Baadaye, a collabo with upcoming artistes Kanari and Shigha Ree, sparking allegations of his exit from the band.
This came shortly after Ethic did another collabo with Otile Brown, Dala Dala, in which Reckless is conspicuously absent, further fuelling the rumours.
Rekles is considered Ethic Entertainment’s main man due to his authentic vocals.
