DCI responds to video of smoking child

The Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DCI) on Wednesday responded to a viral video of a child who was smoking in the presence of two middle-aged men.

In the video, the two men seem to be passing a roll of bhang to the child who smokes it before giving it back to them.

DCI has now urged members of the public who can identify those two men to report immediately.

“Can you identify these men? Do you know them? We’d like to speak to them in connection to this video that was brought to our attention-we’re extremely worried about the child.

“If you can recognise them or have any information that may further our investigations, kindly DM Us,” read the tweet.
