IN PICTURES: Huddah disguises herself and walks freely in Nairobi CBD

Socialite Huddah Monroe on Tuesday took to social media to reveal how she dressed like a Muslim woman in order to check out her businesses in the CBD without being stopped in the streets.

She further stated that she walked from River Road to Luthuli Avenue on Monday and no one took notice of her due to her dressing.

“The true definition of MOVE in SILENCE…It’s Incredible how I Did so much work yesterday, visited all my businesses in town... Walked up and down from River road to Luthuli Avenue.

“I know who is selling fake Huddah products and I’m coming for you all. I also went to eat at the places I used to go wayyyy back & left without anyone noticing me #Silence,” she wrote.

Her fans were awed by this thoughtful move although some criticized her for using ‘religion’ for the wrong purposes.

“That outfit is for the modest. You can never fit in it not today not tomorrow not ever,” wrote one of her followers.

“This is an insult to Islamic faith. At times you go nude then you adorn the respectful Islamic garment. I condemn hypocrisy,” wrote another.

Huddah responded by saying: “LMFAO! It’s never that serious. I go to the mosque and to the church. And I do whatever I please.

She added that her lipstick goes for Sh1000 and not Sh200.

“I will wipe them out ASAP. My lippies are Sh1000!”
