Remember Samir Nasri? He’s making a Premier League comeback in fantastic fashion

Former Arsenal and Manchester City forward Samir Nasri is set to make a return to the English Premier League.

After being released by Turkish club Antalyaspor, the French midfielder could return to England following reports of David Moyes’ West Ham United showing some interest.

30-year old Nasri has been part of a title-winning Manchester City side before but fell out of favour once Pep Guardiola arrived, surprisingly joining the Turkish side since most ‘big’ clubs were not willing to pay his wages.

According to Italian sports news outlet TMW, West Ham is reportedly keen on bringing the Frenchman to the Olympic Stadium this month, with Moyes apparently bent on bolstering his squad to compete for a European spot.

He scored 26 goals for Man City in 171 appearances, winning the Premier League title twice.

For Antalyaspor, he had an injury-riddled period, making only 8 appearances, scoring two goals and assisting one.

Before moving to Antalyaspor, he was loaned out to Sevilla for a couple of months.
