Cabinet Executives living in fear after controversial Governor installs CCTV in their offices

 The county boss, it is understood, has been getting real-time updates

County Executive working in one strategic devolved units are living in fear.

This after word filtered around that their boss, a controversial Governor, monitors their every move in office.

It is said that after he was elected, the no-nonsense county boss instructed that CCTV cameras be installed in the offices of his cabinet minister so that he has a surreptitious glimpse of what they are up-to during their working hours. 

 The county boss it is understood has been getting real-time updates of the interactions of his officers with the public at the comfort of his office.

Now the executives who have served for over a month, do not know what filth their 'spying' Governor has on them.

Still on devolution matters, it is only a matter of time before squabbles between a popular Governor and his equally renowned deputy spill to the public.

Grapevine has been told that since  the county boss  was elected to his post, he has been uneasy with his assistant. 

This is after the deputy Governor seemed to find favor with another high office.

 The relationship between the duo is to be not rosy, with county chief in private said to be accusing his junior of outshining him and insubordination in his dealings with the higher authority. 

It will be interesting to see for how long the pair will stick together.
