Controversial blogger moves to court seeking to stop Ekuru Aukot from taking part in October 26 poll

Popular and controversial blogger Lord Mutai has moved to court seeking to stop Thirdway Alliance Party leader Dr Ekuru Aukot from contesting in the October 26 repeat presidential poll.

Mutai says that the inclusion of Ekuru in the repeat presidential poll is unconstitutional and must be challenged.

The High Court ruled in favour of the Thirdway Alliance party leader, allowing him to be included on the ballot – a decision which seems to have confused many with regard to the National super Alliance flag bearer situation.

In his Tweets, Mutai says that he will not stop fighting for reforms within the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC).
