President Uhuru Kenyatta and his team were on Saturday 3 September heckled by Narok residents who sang opposition chant. President Uhuru who was accompanied by his Deputy, William Ruto and Senate Majority Leader Kipchumba Murkomen had visited Narok to ask for the residents support ahead of the repeat election.
Some members of the crowd accused Jubilee of stealing elections and vowed to support Raila Odinga and his team, NASA.
Jubilee party has already addressed rallies in Nakuru, Burma Market in Nairobi and Narok, following the Supreme Court ruling by Chief Justice David Maraga.
NASA has demanded that the IEBC officials involved in fraud should be prosected before the November Elections are held. Raila said that he does not have faith in the IEBC to conduct the repeat elections. Some of NASA leaders urged that the UN should be called upon to help conduct the election.
President Uhuru has however said that the IEBC should not be changed and he has warned CJ David Maraga that he should not interfere with the IEBC since their work (The Supreme Court) is already done.
