It breaks my heart every time I hear of a suicide case involving a teenager. Lives of many young people have already been lost to suicide.
Is there something one would have done to stop these deaths? Yes, there is. Let’s all start by asking our neighbours, friends and relatives how they are doing. We can’t help everyone but everyone can help someone. That’s for sure.
