Nyali has the most powerful drug barons - Coast regional coordinator Nelson Marwa

Nelson Marwa, the outspoken and often controversial Coast regional coordinator, on Wednesday morning claimed that Nyali region in Mombasa has the most drug barons in the country.

Marwa vowed to apprehend all the drug barons in Nyali region regardless of their status in the society. He accused politicians of drugging jobless youths and transporting them to their rival political rallies to cause chaos.

He also lashed out at Mombasa Governor Ali Hassan Joho and his Counterpart the Kilifi Governor Amison Kingi for complaining about the withdrawal of their security detail. He said they are not the first leaders to have their security detail withdrawn for reorganisation and therefore there was nothing unusual about it.

Marwa warned journalist for misreporting and asked them to report on issues that bring Kenyans together in the run up to the elections
