Nairobi man pays dearly for sharing nudes of Facebook lover

A man has landed in trouble for allegedly sharing nudes of a woman they met through Facebook. Daniel Orina is accused of publishing and disseminating obscene and intimate images of the woman on his Facebook account on August 29th and 30th in South B, Nairobi. Orina, with others not before the court, was charged with the Computer Misuse and Cybercrime Act of 2018.

Orina, according to a statement recorded with authorities, sent a friend request to the woman after he saw her on Facebook earlier this year, where they used to chat until they reached an agreement to meet.
