Unsurprisingly, Mugithi star Samidoh tops the list after he paraded his KCPE grades. Through his Facebook page, the singer, who was ‘index one’ in his school, said he only failed in Mathematics, scoring above average in all other subjects.

Having sat for the examination in 2004, the father of five said his current profession is miles away from what he aspired to do but is grateful nonetheless.

Entertainer Akothee sat for her undergraduate exams before heading out for her honeymoon as she was determined to complete the course that had taken her years.

In what was perhaps one of the most controversial stories of the year, a viral TikTok video sparked intense reactions among Kenyans on social media after a young man hugged his mum from behind and kissed her.

The challenge called for participants to give their mothers a hug from behind and capture their reactions. The young man in question, approached his mother while she was busy cutting vegetables in the kitchen. Affectionately, he embraced her from behind and gently kissed her cheek.

Samidoh's cryptic message after being dumped by Edday

A week after Edday Nderitu told the world she was done with Samidoh, the Mugithi singer, responded through a cryptic post.

The Kairitu Gakwa singer said people who can’t address issues privately often chase attention.

“If they can’t privately address you, then understand their public criticism is only for attention.

“Don’t take it personal!” he wrote.
