Beatrice Mwangi of Moi University floored Zipporah Auma of Kibabii University 5-3 to win women's taekwondo bantamweight category in the ongoing East Africa Universities Games at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (Jkuat) in Juja.

Another Kenyan, Evelyn Muthamia of Kenya Methodist University, won bronze in the same weight yesterday.
