The Senate has summoned the Energy Cabinet Secretary Davies Chirchir and Energy Petroleum Regulatory Authority (Epra) Director General Daniel Kiptoo to shed light over the Embakasi gas explosion that killed at least 10 people.
This is after the CS failed to honour an invite to appear in the Senate on Wednesday.
