The recent Cabinet reshuffle and a letter from State House sent last week have ruffled feathers in the Kenya Kwanza administration.

In the changes, President William Ruto gave Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi the Ministry of Foreign and Diaspora Affairs (MFDA), which was initially held by Alfred Mutua, who was moved to Tourism and Wildlife.
