Former First Lady Mama Ngina Kenyatta on Saturday waded into the taxation debate wondering why the laid-out procedures are not being followed to identify and prosecute defaulters.

Speaking during the opening of a church in Lamu, Mama Ngina said if there are any issues with people not paying taxes, then the government should use the courts to get the taxes.
