New Jersey man who won $338 million in the Powerball lottery in March 2013 has been charged with sexually assaulting a child, CBS News reported.
Pedro Quezada was arrested on Wednesday and charged with two counts of first-degree aggravated sexual assault, second-degree sexual assault as well as endangering the welfare of a child.
The minor was sexually assaulted for approximately three years while she was between the ages of 11 and 14, Passaic County Prosecutors said in a statement.
After winning the Powerball lottery in 2013, the 49 year old decided to take a $211 million lump sum, leaving him with $152 million after taxes.
If convicted, Quedaza could face 40 years in prison and would have to register as a sex offender.
