An early tee off saw James Warui claim The Realtors Expo golf tournament overall prize at Nanyuki Sports Club, over the weekend.
Warui, who was off the deck at 7:30am, was over the moon after being awarded with a title deed for a plot valued at Sh230,000 at Segere area, along the Nanyuki-Rumuruti road.
