Makueni Governor Mutula Kilonzo Jnr has urged county executive committee members (CECs) to be prudent in public spending to save more resources for development.
Speaking during the swearing-in ceremony of the CECs at his office on Tuesday, Mutula said his government will not tolerate wasteful spending inform of 'unnecessary' conferences and payment of unaccountable Daily Subsistence Allowances.
