Juventus midfielder Blaise Matuidi is interested in a move to Manchester United this summer as he sees his first-team opportunities being limited at Juventus next season, according to Italian publication Corriere di Torino, via the Express.
Juve have brought in the likes of Aaron Ramsey and Adrien Rabiot, meaning Matuidi may fall down the pecking order at the club.
United are known to be targeting a central midfielder, with the likes of Newcastle’s Sean Longstaff and Bruno Fernandes of Sporting Lisbon being linked, and Matuidi’s experience may be of interest to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
The 32-year-old has contributed seven goals from 87 appearances outings in all competitions during his two-year spell at Juventus.
