Every young footballer would like to be like Cristiano Ronaldo especially his son who is already on track to outdo his father’s footballing success.
Cristiano Jr was pictured on a visit to his father’s statue at Madeira airport while on a Juventus youth team trip.
The eight-year-old Mini Cristiano is a member of the Juventus Under 9 team.
He previously played for a youth academy attached to ?Real Madrid before his father left the European champions this summer.
He is already a mini goal-scoring machine having scored four goals on his debut against Lucento and he already has a trophy to his name.
But if he is to emulate his father’s football exploits, he has a lot of ground to make up since Ronaldo senior joined Sporting Lisbon at only 16 years.
While many expect him to wear out, he is still going strong at 34 and found the net for Juventus in their 1-1 draw at Ajax in the Champions League on Wednesday night and has 25 goals to his name in his debut season in Italy.
His son will be hoping to grow into a footballing machine like his father who is headed for football immortality.
