Five events to look forward to this January

2019 is set to be full of activities and January’s events will start off your year on a high note.

We’ve listed some of the events that you shouldn’t miss.

Yoga and Beer in the wild

Sounds like fun, right? The event will be on 12th January and will take place at PEC Nature Camp located on the scenic foot hills of the Ngong Hills, about 40km south of Nairobi in Corner baridi, off Magadi road, just 6km past Kiserian town entry fee is be Sh3, 000/=.

Rubik’s Cube Competition

The event will take place on 12th January from 8.00am to 4.00pm at Alliance Française in Nairobi. Registration fee is Sh500 and those interested are required to register by 6th January.

Ink Comedy Night

The event will take place on the night of 17th January 2017 at Coffee Casa, Doctor’s Park in Nairobi. The event will be hosted by TY Ngachira and among the comedians that will laugh you out that night will be Emmanuel Kisangani, George Waweru, Justine Wanda and Ciiku. Tickets are going for Sh500/=.

Poetry Slam Africa: Grand Slam

Poetry Slam Africa will take place at the Kenya National Theatre on January 19 from 2pm-8pm.The charges are Sh1, 000 for regular and Sh800 for advance tickets.

Adventure with BECA

The event will go down on 20th January at participants will be picked up in Nairobi Central Business District with the destination being Nairobi National Park.

Participants will pay Sh2, 800 only. Inclusive in the charges are game drives, lunch, park entrance fees, bottled water with free cake for all January babies.
