A Chinese Super League side has offered to buy six million bottles of wine from Andres Iniesta as part of a package to the take the Barcelona legend to the Far East.

World Cup winner Iniesta has confirmed he will leave the Nou Camp at the end of the season after a trophy-laden 15-year spell as a one-club man.

The 33-year-old is expected to seal a lucrative move to China with Chongqing Dangdai Lifan reportedly offering over £70million net across three years.

And, according to Spanish outlet El Mundo, the club will also buy six million bottles of wine from Iniesta's cellar, worth six euros each.

That would total almost £32million as Chongquing look to lure Iniesta to Asia.

In a tearful Barcelona farewell press conference, Iniesta said: "This is my last season here. I know what it means to demand what it means to play here year after year.

"I know what it means to be captain of this club. So, being honest with me and the club, I understand that my stage is over.

"There are still things to be sorted. I have said I will never play against Barca, so I won't play in Europe. Barca has given me everything."

Iniesta has won eight La Liga titles with the club and four Champions Leagues, and scored the only goal as Spain beat Holland to win the 2010 World Cup in South Africa.
