Arsenal fans want summer signing included in Aubameyang deal

Borussia Dortmund is looking for a replacement for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang to let him leave for Arsenal but before that, the move will not be signed off.

Borussia Dortmund are interested in Chelsea’s Michy Batshuayi with Olivier Giroud leaving for Chelsea.

Arsenal fans are against Giroud moving to their arch rival Chelsea given his stellar contribution to the club over the last five years. Instead the Gunners’ fans are asking their board to sell Alexandre Lacazette to Dortmund.

Lacazette signed for Arsenal in the summer expecting to be the club’s great goal scorer, an expectation that has not happened yet as he has only netted once in his last ten games for Arsenal and last night saw him continue to struggle.

Arsenal fans are frustrated with his lack of ability to make an impact in matches and many of them would prefer to see him move to Dortmund to pave way for the arrival of Aubameyang.

Arsenal were last night crashed 3-1 by Swansea in their 25th match in the league. A brace by Samuel Raymond Clucas in 34’ and 38’ minutes and a goal from Jordan Ayew in 61’ minutes saw Arsenal lose their 7th game in the league. Arsenal’s only goal was scored by Nacho Monreal in 33’ minutes.

Today is the final day of the transfer window and it’s a matter of hours to see if Arsenal will heed to their fans cry to sell Lacazette to Dortmund and complete the signing of Aubameyang from Dortmund.
