Manchester City have completed the signing of Douglas Luiz on a five-year deal

Brazil under-20 international Douglas Luiz has joined Manchester City .

The 19-year-old joins for a free of around £10million from Brazilian side Vasco Da Gama, report the Manchester Evening News.
