Manchester United star Zlatan Ibrahimovic has been ruled out for the rest of the season after suffering a horrific knee injury.

Manchester United have been dealt a massive blow after the striker was ruled out for the rest of the season with a knee injury suffered in the Europa League quarter-final victory against Anderlecht.

The lethal striker landed awkwardly on his right leg after attempting to win a header during the match.

The Swedish playmaker limped off the pitch and down the Old Trafford tunnel to be replaced by Anthony Martial at the beginning of extra-time.
