Manchester United and Chelsea suffer blow in the race to sign Antoine Griezmann

Antoine Griezmann has again poured cold water on his links to Manchester United and Chelsea by insisting that there is "no need to change".

The Atletico Madrid striker scored a penalty for France as they defeated Luxembourg 3-1 in their World Cup 2018 qualifier on Saturday night.

Griezmann's domestic future has been up in the air with Premier League clubs among those weighing up a summer move for the 26-year-old.

Jose Mourinho is reported to be looking at striking options and it is believed that the France forward is one of his major targets if he becomes available.

But Griezmann has told reporters that he is not thinking about a move this summer.

He told Telefoot: "It's sunny in Madrid, I feel good there. There's no need to change."

It is not the first time that Griezmann has rejected the idea of moving away from Atletico.
