Kiambu Governor James Nyoro says the Jubilee Party is now rejuvenated and ready to face opponents in the August elections.

Speaking to party supporters at the Jumuia Conference Centre in Limuru yesterday, Mr Nyoro said Jubilee was firmly in the Azimio la Umoja.

“We are strengthening the party as we hope to have many members so we can have a say in the coming government,” said Nyoro, adding President Uhuru Kenyatta will soon tour the country after Jubilee’s Annual Delegates Conference to rally support for Azimio la Umoja.

The NDC will be held on Friday and Saturday.

Nyoro said he will be defending his seat on the Jubilee ticket, and urged voters to give him another term.
