Woman Representative Gladys Wanga has taken the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission to task over claims that it lacks funds for verification of the Okoa Kenya signatures.

Addressing journalists yesterday, Ms Wanga said the commission had promised CORD feedback in three months' time.

"It is unfortunate that IEBC now says it doesn't have funds for verifying the signatures yet it is its responsibility. What the commission is doing is jeopardising electoral reforms in the country," she said.

She told the commission to liaise with the National Treasury for the funds. She accused the commission of conspiring with Jubilee to frustrate the Opposition.
