MPs query Raila’s absence for PM’s Question Time

Three MPs yesterday accused Prime Minister Raila Odinga and his two deputies of absconding Parliament by failing to attend Prime Minister’s Question Time session.

Speaker Kenneth Marende defended the PM, saying some actions demanded of the Premier by MPs are not obligatory. He said Raila was away with good reason.
