Riggy G warned us about empty coffers, but do we hear our prophets?

For months, Deputy Prezzo Riggy G warned that the nation's coffers were empty, but no one believed him, until last week, when it emerged that civil servants had not received their March salaries.

Possibly, the reason for our scepticism was that he claimed a paltry Sh93m was the "balance" carried forward from Jubilee to Kenya Kwanza administration, even though this amount miraculously continued to multiply, providing the Sh200m needed for their inauguration ceremony and the several billions gobbled up in local and foreign travels by Riggy G and his boss, Prezzo Bill Ruto.
