Five people were arrested on Friday following a crackdown on narcotics in Kisii.
The operation, which was conducted by the National Authority for the Campaign Against Alcohol and Drug Abuse (Nacada), backed by a specialised police unit, also recovered Sh2 million worth of cannabis.
