The Director of Criminal Investigations George Kinoti has transferred five senior DCI officers in Nairobi, in changes he said were aimed at boosting operations.
Those moved included Divisional Criminal Investigations Officers (DCIOs) Jeremiah Ikiao (Buruburu), Nyaga Gichungi (Kayole), Ali Bure (Makadara), Daniel Kiptum (Langata) and Douglas Chikanda (Kasarani).
