Sang, was charged in the Sh1.8 billion Kisumu oil jetty contract saga alongside Gloria Khafafa (then Company Secretary), Vincent Cheruyot (General Manager, Supply Chain) and Infrastructure General Manager Billy Aseka but were acquitted for lack of evidence.
