Five dead as rains leave trail of destruction across the country

Five people have been reported dead as heavy rains continued to wreak havoc in parts of the country displacing hundreds from their homes, destroying crops and infrastructure even as the Meteorological Department warns of a continued downpour in the succeeding days.

County has borne the brunt the last three days of heavy rains leading to the death of three people.
