Eggs are good for your child’s brain, experts say

Many first-time parents are not sure whether they should feed their children with eggs. It is one of those feeding practices surrounded by a lot of myths and misinformation, causing some parents to deny their children eggs.

For instance, Nancy Wekesa, a first time mother in London Estate in Nakuru County, is not keen on the food. Her three-year-old son loves eggs but she argues that egg consumption makes him slow in speech and forgetful of what he learns in school.
