Wazito FC will be relying on their home fans to propel them to victory on Saturday when they welcome National Super League (NSL) side Migori Youth at Muhoroni Stadium in the second leg of the Football Kenya Federation (FKF) Premier League playoffs.

The two sides played out to a 0-0 draw during the first leg played at Migori Stadium last weekend, leaving the match wide open for any side to run away with.

While the winner of the match will secure the final 18th spot in next season’s FKF Premier League, the loser will be relegated to the NSL.

Wazito will be counting on their recent good home record that has seen them draw with Gor Mahia and beat Tusker FC as they seek to retain their top-flight status. They finished 16th last season.

On the other hand, Migori who finished third in the second tier NSL will be hoping their good season continues in Muhoroni.

"We are at home where I expect us to play our well especially with the support of the fans. Throughout the season, we have had a special relationship with the fans and I expect them to be even louder as we aim to stay top,” said Charles Odera, Wazito coach.
