The Gunners' remaining league opponents have an average league position of just 13.1. That's lower than any other side in the division, never mind those in the top three.

Only two of Arsenal's eight remaining fixtures are against sides currently outside of the top 10 - away trips to Manchester City and West Ham. They also have three games against sides in the relegation battle - Norwich, Sunderland and Aston Villa.

By contrast, Tottenham have the toughest run-in of the current top three sides based on the average league position of their opponents, which stands at 10.0.

Mauricio Pochettino's side face potentially tricky away trips to ninth placed Liverpool, eighth placed Stoke and 10th placed Chelsea, not to mention a home tie against Champions League place chasing Manchester United who currently sit in sixth. ttling to avoid the drop has the best run-in?

Leicester's remaining opponents have the next highest average league position with 10.4. West Ham are the highest placed of those in 5th, though that match will be played at the King Power Stadium. Sunderland are the lowest placed side that Leicester have left to face in 18th.
