Besides being a digital content creator, she is also the founder and creative director of Maua Wear.
Maua Wear is a multi-brand e-commerce platform that stocks a range of trendy and affordable locally manufactured women's outfits.
Launched in 2021, the platform deals with statement pieces ranging from dresses and tops to palazzo pants. All clothes are 100 per cent made in Kenya.
"I did a little something for y'all!!!! So happy to present to you MAUA, @maua_wear. The start of something beautiful," she wrote, announcing her new venture.
She has on several occasions posted photos of herself modelling some of the pieces from her collection as a way of popularising her brand.
A woman on the move, she also co-hosts the Joyride podcast with her husband, gospel singer Ben Cyco.
The podcast is a creation of the two, with the first episode having gone live in February.
The audio-visual podcast has garnered a lot of traction online, with its listenership growing daily. It currently has over a million listeners with more than 24,000 subscribers. Some brands have also come on board to partner with the podcast.
The podcast has both Wanjiru and Ben holding creative workshops as well as campus tours to promote it.
The beauty, who shows no signs of stopping as far as building her brand is concerned, is as well a brand influencer for some of the biggest beauty products in the country.
