The reality star opened up about the rapper's demands in an unrestricted interview where she also answered intimate questions about their sex life.
The one-on-one was being hosted by Love magazine, in particular by their guest editor Cara Delevingne.
Speaking with the model about her musician hubby, Kim said the pair are very fond of getting naked.
She explained: "I like nudity. Kanye always says, "Dress sexier" - he's always the most encouraging."
But the details didn't stop there, as the mum-of-one was also quizzed about her favourite sex position.
Not needing to give it much thought, the 34-year-old simply replied that she likes it from the back.
Despite oozing confidence in the interview, not to mention posing in the buff for a racy photoshoot, Kim revealed that she's not 100 per cent happy with her figure.
She explained: "You always want what you can't have.”
"I'd love to swap bodies with Kendall for just a week, just to look from that little bit higher up and fit into everything perfectly."
