The top candidate in last year’s KCPE from Pokot County may not achieve his dream of becoming an engineer owing to lack of school fees. Emmanuel Domorita scored 399 marks but may not proceed to secondary school since his grandfather who is his sole guardian has no money for his school fees. Esther Akello has that story.
