
A new report suggests Kim fears how a marriage breakdown might impact the couple's four children
Kim Kardashian is reportedly worried about how a split from her husband Kanye West will affect their four children.
The reality TV star, 40, is rumoured to be preparing to divorce her rapper husband as the marriage is now "beyond repair".
The couple have been married for seven years and they are parents to daughters North, seven, and Chicago, two, and sons Saint, five, and Psalm, who turns two in May.
A source tells People.com, Kim is most concerned about how the children will be impacted.
The insider said: "The children are very important to Kim.
"She is worried about what a permanent split will be like for all of them concerning their well being."

"She is asking others for advice on how to do this. But... she wants to move on."
However, another source told the publication Kim is determined to make sure the kids still have a good relationship with their dad.
The couple tied the knot in a blaze of publicity in Florence, Italy in 2016.
It was Kim's third trip down the aisle after failed marriages to music mogul Damon Dash and sports star Kris Humphries.
The marriage has been reported to be in trouble for a while, but it wasn't until this month that rumours of a divorce began circulating.
The Mirror has contacted a representative for Kim for comment.
Kim and Kanye have yet to speak out on the rumours about the state of their marriage.
