Catherine Kamau won Kenyans hearts during her time in local drama Mother-in-law show where she was called Celina. She has since moved on from the show and is currently doing local dramas among them Sue na Jonnie and Hullaballoo Estate.
Cate is married to her longtime friend, Philip Karanja also a former actor in the popular TV show Tahidi High. Currently, Philip is a director at Phil-It and Protel, a production company he co-owns with scriptwriter Abel Mutua.
