Bridesmaid drama

So, I know I probably did a big wedding no-no.

Right after I got engaged, without really thinking, I decided who was going to be in my wedding party and asked them. The problem is that one of my bridesmaids (and really old friend) has decided to pretty much avoid me the last four months. I mean, not answering texts, phone calls and facebook messages. This means she doesn’t get to know what the other bridesmaids and I are doing.

I also seem to completely disagree with her idea of the bachelorette party but she doesn’t seem to understand that her vision is not mine.

So, after months of stressing out about everything, not being able to talk to her as both a member of my wedding party and a friend, I decided that it is probably better to remove her from the wedding party.

But there is an issue: I do not know how to "fire" her.

One of the big problems is that her sister (who I talk to on practically a daily basis about everything) is my matron of honour.

My fiancÈ and future sister-in-law (and bridesmaid) have both offered to do it for me, but I don’t feel that it would be very tactful if I were to send someone else to take care of my problem.
