Tusker Project Fame season 4 contestant Paleki Mathews is now a wife.
The former journalist turned activist tied the knot with Sudan’s SSTV news anchor Garang John. The former colleagues got engaged and went public on Valentine’s
Day in 2015. Paleki shot to limelight after representing South Sudan in the East African reality music TV show, Tusker Project Fame in 2010. Paleki is now a women rights activist. She runs South Sudan Women Empowerment Network.
In TPF, Paleki was romantically linked to fellow contestant Steve from Kenya. She was allegedly fighting for Steve’s attention with another contestant Ameelina Mwenesi. Paleki is a sister to another South Sudan’s representative in 2012 TPF, Mer Matthew.
