Chief Justice Willy Mutunga rarely shows off his family in public.
However, last Sunday (April 17) was an exception.
Mutunga arrived at the Blankets and Wine concert with a female companion who Heads Up later learnt was his daughter.
They arrived in a dark blue sleek Mercedes Benz that had government number plates. The daughter donned a beige trench coat to match her dad’s khaki suit. They were received by activist Boniface Mwangi of PAWA 254, one of the sponsors of the event, and American ambassador Robert Godec.
Mutunga, his daughter and two female companions spent most of their time back stage enjoying performances from American singer Aloe Blacc.
Apart from Mutunga and US Ambassador Bob Godec, who had previously received and hosted B&W headliner Aloe Blacc at the Judiciary and at a cocktail reception, other notable guests included Anne Othoro (County Minister for Trade and Commerce).
