35-year-old Guinean musician Grand P has called out netizens for criticising his girlfriend regarding her body size.

Moussa Sandiana Kaba, popularly known as Grand P, is a Guinean tycoon with progeria, a condition that causes accelerated aging. He is physically small in size, but his net worth is estimated to be up to $10 million.
