Former Bachelorette star Rachel Lindsay has said that Khloe Kardashian is "making herself a victim almost in a world and culture that the Kardashians are responsible for”. Khloe Kardashian and her family have been called out for the way they handled a leaked photo on the internet.

Former Bachelorette star Rachel Lindsay criticized the Good American founder’s approach to playing "the victim".

Rachel, 36, told co-host Van Lathan on her Higher Learning podcast: "What I find interesting is she’s making herself a victim almost in a world and culture that the Kardashians are responsible for. If not the creators of it, they are definitely responsible for perpetuating this school of thought, this practice."

She revealed that she thinks the Kardashian must reap what she's sowed as she's continuously edited images after being called out for it previously.

Rachel continued: "You started this and now these influencers have picked this up and now you have social media influencers who have populated social media feeds to get this image."

She went on to vent her frustration at the Kardashians creating an end goal for women that doesn't actually exist and called them "so fake, and so plastic, they might as well be animated figures."

‘This ‘Kardashian effect’ but the reality is, people are emulating something and chasing a goal they can’t even achieve themselves," she said.

"They’re edited, they’re photo shopped, they don’t necessarily look that way.

"But it might not be common sense for their audience who is so impressionable, for these fans that laud and praise them. They may not get it to the level we do."

Rachel revealed that she thought Khloe "looked great" in the unedited image and said it's the "most normal" she's seen her.

The former dating show contestant argued that instead of playing the victim, Khloe should have "taken this moment to be an example and embrace her body. Tweeting about her comments, Rachel said her standard of beauty comes from imperfection, humility, empathy, joyfulness, confidence and loving others.

Khloe, 36, had already hit back at criticism surrounding the image by posting an unedited video of her body on her social media alongside a lengthy statement.

She said that everyone should have the right to ask for unflattering photos not to be shared.
